What we collect
When you sign the letter, we collect your full name, job title, organisation name, an optional short description of your organisation, and your email address.
What we make public
Only your organisation name, your job title, the optional description, and the date of signing appear on the public signatory list. Your name and email are never shown publicly.
How we use your email
We use your email only to send a one-off confirmation that we've received your signature, and to contact you if there is a genuine query about your organisation's listing. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Retention
Signatory records are kept for as long as the open letter is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for the public record. You can request removal at any time by contacting Race Council Cymru.
